Karen Rose enters into her 30th year of catering to Campbell River. We specialize and do only off site catering giving all our attention to the customer and their event from the first phone call to the final cleanup.

We have had the opportunity to personally be involved with numerous groups and individuals from the organization to the catering of the event. Rose’s Country Catering has been in business catering for Campbell River since 1986 and leads as Campbell River’s premier and only independent catering company.

At Rose's we boast of our clean and well maintained kitchen to prepare your meals in. All our foods are handled with a high standard of cleanliness and proper temperature controls to insure every ones good health. We pay special attention to the little details, such as preparing all your meals from fresh ingredients on premise, buying only Canadian A A A grade beef, and island grown pork products. Our stuffed chicken breasts are hand made fresh with your choice of fillings, all hors d’oeuvre items are made to order. Our desserts are made the same day for your meal.

Call us for your staff barbecues, Christmas parties, graduation banquets, memorials, birthday parties, luncheons, coffee breaks, conventions, reunions, anniversaries, grand openings, hors d’oeuvre parties, and of course wedding receptions. Rehearsal meals in the privacy of your own home, and gift opening on the following day are also available.

For your wedding we can provide you with full service, to take the worry out of that special day and assist you in some of the details to make your wedding trouble free. We can provide full tableware rental for those who like to do it themselves.
